NOTA AGM 2022 - Thursday 5th May - 12.00pm
The 2022 NOTA AGM will be held as a live event during the NOTA Conference. This will not be streamed live but will be made available as a recording to enable review.
UPDATE ON NOMINATIONS:
Following a period of nomination these roles will be confirmed at the AGM.
Membership Co-ordinator: This Board role leads on development of membership services. The post holder innovates the support that the Charity delivers to its members and ensures that their voice is central to all of NOTA’s activity
Amanda Naylor to be confirmed in role
“Training Co-ordinator” This Board role leads on the delivery of all training, The post holder identifies potential training initiatives and opportunities and co-ordinates the delivery of online and “person to person” events.
Lynn Saunders to be confirmed in role
Financial Director/Treasurer: This Board role leads on the strategic oversight of the Charity’s financial affairs. The post holder is part of the Finance group who oversee the financial governance.
Thomas Malcolm Dick to be confirmed in role pending his retirement later in 2022
All of these key vacant roles on the NOTA Board received unopposed nominations and seconders by the close date of 21st April 2022.
